Shipping & Returns Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide through the United States Postal Service. All transactions are in US Dollars only. Orders are individually assigned appropriate shipping costs based on the weight of your order, and the method of delivery chosen by you at checkout. You can choose your shipping method (Express Mail, Priority Mail, First Class, etc.) when checking out. Shipping costs are calculated when you click on Checkout. Shipping times are only estimates and are not guaranteed. We cannot control occasional inventory shortages, shipping carrier delays, customs delays, weather delays, and other factors that can delay your shipment. However, we will do our best to get your product to you as soon as possible.

Order Fulfillment Policy

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. For out-of-stock items, you will be notified of any delay. If we cannot deliver your product within 30 days, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel your order. You must pay all orders in advance (at the time of order), even for out-of-stock items.

Return of Merchandise Policy (RMA)

Our guarantee is 100% satisfaction. This means you will receive a working product! Please allow us 5 business days to respond to RMA and order status requests. If you receive a defective item, send us an email and we will provide you with an RMA number. Return the product to us and we will send you a new product. Please note that you must return all packaging, manuals, and items included in the original box, along with a detailed explanation of the defect, within 14 days. If we determine the problem was due to your misuse of the product, or you lose any part of the packaging or items included, we have the right not to issue a refund for the product.

Magic Items

1. If it arrived broken, we will replace it. (Absolutely No Refunds allowed. Same product exchanges only.)
2. When purchasing magic, you are also purchasing the secret to the trick, and thus magic is not refundable. As the saying goes – “The trick is bought when the secret is taught”.

Return Process:

If You Purchased This Product From Us, call us at 1-800-614-9824 ext.1, tell us what product you want to return, and you will be forwarded to a product specialist. Let us know what your order contained, when you received it, the reason for returning the product, and whether or not the product is in resalable condition. The representative will provide you an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number. You must write this number boldly on the outside of the shipping box. You must have an RMA Number to return any merchandise.

Product is Resalable:

If the product is in its original unopened packaging, we will exchange 100% of the value of your original purchase, less tax and shipping. Please be sure to include all original packaging material and instructions papers.

Product is not resalable:

If the product has been altered, or does not contain it's original packaging, then the product is not resalable. For items that are not resalable we have the right to not issue a refund.

Defective product:

EveryMagician® will warranty all of the products we sell.

Exchange Policy

You must have an RMA number to exchange any merchandise. Any Magic Goody Bag Tricks that you purchase from EveryMagician® can be exchanged up to 14 Days after the date of purchase! What that means to you is that you have all the time you need to make sure it is exactly right for you. (Items returned for exchange must be in 'like new' condition)

We want you to feel totally comfortable when you order products from EveryMagician® If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your magic purchase, please send us an email so we can resolve any concerns. You will be asked to follow these simple steps:
1. Make sure your original invoice is dated within the last 14 days. Call to receive an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) number.
2. Check all returned items to be sure they are in new condition (including all original packaging and accessories.)
3. Include a copy of the original invoice. On the back of the invoice, please write your name, e-mail address, phone number, and the item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the return.
4. Pack the item(s) securely and mail to: EveryMagician®, 3152 Cristobal Way, Las Vegas, NV 89117.
Shipping charges are not refunded. You will be responsible for the return shipping fees incurred to send the item(s) back to us. You will also need to pay for the shipping of your new product to you.
